Retail Brand Representative

The Retail Brand Representative will take a direct and face-to-face approach to help maintain current and acquire new customer accounts. Retail Brand Representatives will use our unique style of customer service, sales and marketing strategies, and business skills to grow our client’s customer base daily.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers daily within top retailers
- Present client services and help customers choose products to best suit their needs
- Thoroughly answer customer questions
- Track personal and team sales numbers

Client Account Representative

The Client Account Representative brings our national clients to a local level, making products and services more accessible to potential new customers. In this entry-level position, Client Account Representatives will be interacting daily with customers face-to-face in local retail settings and are responsible for creating new accounts for the national brands we represent. This position is perfect for someone looking to get in on the ground floor of a marketing and sales team that represents some of the biggest companies in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Engage on a face-to-face level with potential new customers
- Acquire new customer accounts
- Resolve any issues that arise with current accounts
- Take customer information accurately

Entry Level Sales Representative

The Entry Level Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and executing our client's sales and marketing campaigns within top retail partners to reach the growing consumer base most effectively. Sales Representatives will receive paid training, and will be taught the fundamentals of our style of direct-to-consumer marketing, sales, and customer service!
Responsibilities:
- Engage daily with customers in client’s top retailers
- Accurately present up-to-date promotions to potential new customers
- Attend team and client meetings
- Grow brand awareness in the local market to develop new leads

Jenna Rosenfeld, a seasoned professional passionate about creating a positive impact, is the Director of Rose Consulting. Born in Valencia, California, Jenna spent her childhood in Nesconset, New York. She later found her home in Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona, where she has spent most of her life.

Jenna's academic journey led her to the University of Arizona, where she pursued Global Studies and delved into the rich tapestry of Italian language and culture. This diverse educational background laid the foundation for her holistic approach to problem-solving and understanding global dynamics.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Jenna finds solace and inspiration in nature, literature, music, and art. Her diverse interests reflect a well-rounded individual committed to continuous learning and personal growth.

Her belief in intentional, incremental progress aligns with the wisdom encapsulated in Vincent Van Gogh's quote, "Great things are not done by impulse but by a series of small things brought together.
